About the Author of this Trailmix & It’s History
Salesforce Joe put together this Trailmix during a time of transition at Anthem. The company recently abandoned the Salesforce Center of Excellence concept for a slimmer version that put the IT department at the head of Salesforce development and feature delivery. Meanwhile the users and product managers sat on the business side. As a consequence the IT department wanted to spearhead a learning center to get new admins, developers and product management members up to speed on Salesforce. They lacked, however, a single guide that took a user from start to finish, end to end, through a single learning journey. When a new SAFe Product Manager was hired and didn’t know much about the platform I put my head down and created this Trailmix. Naturally the IT deparment pulled this into their Org (that tracked user training) and it became the go-to resource for new users. It was also used by the IT department to train new admins and developers. It was a great success and I’m happy to share it with you here.
